Accepted currencies are US Dollars (USD), Virtual Dollar (USDT), and Peruvian Soles (PEN) in Peru. The agency reserves the right to adjust prices in response to exchange rate fluctuations or increases in official rates, notifying the client in advance.
A reservation is considered confirmed once the agency receives the corresponding payment receipt and issues written confirmation.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations requested by the client are subject to the following general conditions:
- More than 30 days before the start of the tour: 90% of the amount paid is refunded.

4. No-Show Policy
If the client reserves, pays, and does not show up (NO SHOW), they lose the service and the airfare without any right to claim.

ALL rescheduling involves an additional cost.
For flights (airfare), the client must notify the rescheduling within the following notice periods before the flight:
- 72 hours before the flight
- 48 hours before the flight
- 24 hours before the flight
6. Liability
The agency acts as an intermediary for some services (flights, hotels, trains, tickets). Responsibility for the execution of such services falls on the corresponding suppliers, in accordance with Peruvian law.
The client is responsible for complying with schedules, meeting points, and safety regulations. The agency is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, late arrivals, or absences attributable to the client.
Adventure activities involve inherent risks. The client participates at their own risk and must disclose any relevant medical conditions before the activity begins.
7. Force Majeure
The agency shall not be liable for total or partial failure to provide services when caused by force majeure or fortuitous events: weather phenomena, natural disasters, strikes, work stoppages, roadblocks, social unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the agency.
In these cases, the agency will offer, as far as possible, to reschedule the service, provide an alternative service of equivalent value, or process any refunds allowed by suppliers, deducting costs already incurred.
8. Travel Requirements
The client is responsible for carrying the necessary documentation: valid passport, visas, vaccinations, and any immigration or health requirements of the destination.
Minors must travel accompanied by a responsible adult and with the documentation required by Peruvian law.
9. Modifications
The agency may modify itineraries, schedules, or routes for operational, safety, or force majeure reasons, preserving as much as possible the spirit and quality of the contracted service.
The agency reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. The current version will always be published on this page.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Peru. Any controversy shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Cusco, Peru, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
